1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sluble's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Sluble provides AI-powered workforce management software including recruitment automation, employee onboarding, scheduling optimization, dispatch management, fleet management, and a mobile employee app. Services are provided on a subscription basis.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
- Obtaining necessary consents from employees whose data you process
4. Data Processing
By using Sluble, you authorize us to process employee and candidate data on your behalf as a data processor. You remain the data controller and are responsible for ensuring you have the legal basis to process this data.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Use the service to discriminate against protected classes
6. Intellectual Property
Sluble retains all intellectual property rights in the service. You retain ownership of your data. You grant Sluble a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sluble shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide you with an export of your data within 30 days.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, BC.
