Our story
Sluble was born from a simple observation: HR teams at logistics and transportation companies spend the majority of their time on tasks that could — and should — be automated. Scheduling 200 drivers manually. Chasing new hires for documents. Conducting the same first-round interview 50 times a week.
We saw an opportunity to apply real engineering to these problems. Not just a chatbot wrapper around GPT-4, but actual constraint programming for scheduling, AWS Textract for document verification, and a 3D AI interviewer that candidates actually engage with.
Our team of AI engineers, HR domain experts, and product designers came together to build something that works in production — not just in demos. We're currently in beta, working closely with forward-thinking companies to refine every edge case.
Today, Sluble covers the entire employee lifecycle: from the first AI interview to the daily dispatch sheet. Six products, one platform, built for the companies that keep the world moving.
